Jayson Gifford

Jayson is one of my best friends and a guy that genuinely loves to be outside.  He’s spent that last three years really getting into endurance racing sports like triathlons and bike races.

Most recently he completed a 100 mile bike ride in southern Missouri.  We talk about all sorts of things on this episode including some camping trips we’ve taken together.
