Never Stress Over
Packing Again
Have you ever forgotten a critical piece of gear at home, and kicked yourself for leaving it behind? Is the process of packing everything up a stressful, time consuming event because you’re scared to omit an important item for your adventure? I get you! After forgetting firewood on one camping trip and sunscreen on a float trip, I decided to put together a simple checklist for different types of adventures. I’m making them available to you, for absolutely free!
Adventure Checklists
-
Car Camping Checklist
This checklist will make sure you are comfortable in camp, well fed, and sleep well no matter the weather. Add items for your family or friends as you see fit. This list will keep your trip costs down, while making sure you have a lot of fun as well.
-
Backpacking Checklist
I’m no through hiker but I’ve done plenty of trips to give some sound advice on keeping it simple, and bringing the items that will keep you safe, warm, dry, nourished and happy. My base weight is around 14 pounds for this checklist.

Fly Fishing Checklist
This checklist is all about fly fishing for trout, small mouth bass, large mouth bass, pan fish, white fish, and pretty much anything else fresh water that doesn’t have huge teeth. Fly fishing should be simple, so this list is all about useful minimalism.
