We Renovated a 30 Year Old RV Into Our Full Time Home

Nearly five years ago now, Sara suggested that we ask our friends Bob and Carly what they planned on doing with an old RV they had purchased and planned on renovating.

Fast forward many years later and we now live full time on the road in a 31 foot, 30 year old RV affectionally named Doris The Slow Loris. Her renovation has been a long and arduous process. We’ve painted the old girl, top to bottom, front to back, inside and out. We’ve done mechanical work, electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, and just about anything else you can think of to turn Doris into a comfortable home on the road.
